Room spray in mouth - a worry or not ?

Ok so I am an idiot. I have a calming room spray (aromatherapy) and I have vitamin d spray, and they look very similar, brown glass spray bottles. You can guess the rest… two pumps of room spray into my mouth. I don’t think I swallowed any but obvs could have swallowed a tiny amount. Gargled with milk and washed my mouth out under the tap. Really do not want to have to go to A&E as it is an hour away, and I imagine I would be there all night.
Advice please O wise ones.

I did spit it out obvs, but could have swallowed a tiny bit. It is meant to be sprayed around a room .

I've just read the ingredients OP, and those particular essential oils are nothing to worry about if it was only a tiny bit. People gargle with essential oils, and with the correct advise, are able to imbibe some types of oils too. It's called aromatology. Obviously shouldn't do it without professional advise, but under the circumstances, I wouldn't worry about those ingredients. As long as the oils are actually pure and good quality, and haven't been bulked out with synthetic chemicals as some low quality oils are.

Thanks so much all. I feel totally fine, uggh it wasn’t pleasant but probably more traumatic for DH and dd who came into the bathroom to find me frothing white stuff at the mouth as I gargled with milk . Will check bottles from now on .
