Party arrival time?

If the invite says 3pm, what is the right time to arrive?

I think 3.15 (but no-one is here yet so I'm obviously wrong 😂)

What sort of party is it? Child’s birthday, 3pm.
jubilee street party 3.30-3.45

I would arrive around 15.00-15.15.

If its a child's party rhsn I'd call that late and maybe they've started the activity? Or is I a house? Very sparse on information there OP!

Depends. Unless a child’s party, or a specific activity, for a houseparty in our social circles that would be interpreted as “show up any time from 3pm onwards” with people arriving in dribs and drabs between about 3:30pm and midnight. We’re currently en route to a birthday party which began at 5.
