Is this chickenpox?

DD was fine yesterday morning but yesterday afternoon she started with a high temp and needed an afternoon nap. We've just noticed these on her back. Normally I'd just assume chickenpox but with monkeypox going around too I wanted more opinions as I know young kids can get quite sick and my anxiety levels are out of control at the moment.
Thanks

Chicken pox. Assuming she's never had it before? Although you can get it twice.

Looks like CP, it usually starts on the back

Thank you all. No never had it before and its her birthday next week. First one since covid and now that's spoiled too. Poor thing. She's seven so I'm a bit worried she'll be more unwell than if she'd had it younger.

Yes definitely looks like chickenpox. Stock up on calpol, oats and calamine. The poxclin mousse was quite good too.

Chances are, are spots will have scabbed over in a week, and age won’t be infectious, but could you plan/move celebrations on a week just in case?
