Vinted - item has arrived too late. Now what?

I ordered on 13th May and the seller uploaded proof of postage for 3-5 day delivery. (I'd ordered the item for a wedding which was a week ago.) I then got a notification that the item was lost.
I've just had a notification to say the item is now ready for collection but I don't want it as it is too late.
I've looked at FAQs which refers to damage, misselling etc but not late delivery. Can anyone advise me what to do please?

Did you already get a refund if the item was lost?

Or marked as lost anyway then I’m assuming they refunded you?

Did you get insurance?

Thank you - I paid for insurance but the message received a week after ordering when they said it was lost said I would get refund if it hadn't arrived by 2nd June. It arrived on 2nd at collection point but far too late for the wedding and way over the 3-5 day delivery window.
Can I claim on the insurance and how do I do that as can't see anything in FAQs? Thanks again.

I believe you select that it has arrived and that there is an issue

Post is outside the control of the seller generally.

This wasn’t the sellers fault, maybe you should have paid for quicker delivery? In your position I would collect the item and resell it if you don’t want it.

If you don't collect it within 10 days then it will just get returned to the seller and you'd get refunded as far as I know.
I'd probably just collect it though and stick it back up for sale.
