Would you go to a spa day alone?

I love spa days with friends but considering going to one on my own. It’s quite a lot of money so my friends would probably not want to go anyway but I have a sum put aside which was my 2020 Christmas present from DH. I like my own company & would be comfortable alone. Anyone else feel the same or would you always want company?

Yes - I've often gone for several days, completely alone. Bliss not having to talk to anyone if I don't want to, going for breakfast when I wanted to, choosing whatever exercise classes (or none) without discussion, reading my book without feeling selfish ... excellent way to recharge. 🌹

Yes I've done it and loved it. I would usually go with a friend but after suffering a nasty miscarriage and being anxious about going back to work my DH organised for me to have a lovely spa day with a facial, nails painted and a massage. It was absolutely what the Dr ordered and I had a wonderful day and would go alone again.
