It takes the sunshine and bank holidays to realise I have no friends.

anyone else? Suns out, upcoming bank holidays. Neighbours have friends around for bbqs, people go out with friends, photos on social media.

then there's us. It's literally just me, Dp and out 2 kids. Anyone else? Neither me or Dp drink, I think that's why we don't socialise much as well as being anti social.

we have no particular plans around the jubilee. We will probably have a bbq as the 4 of us, maybe go to the beach as we live right by the sea and that's about it.

it makes me realise I have no friends?

half the time I'm happy to be a anti social, doing our own thing then the other half sad thinking shit I have no friends and maybe in a bit lonely.

I know lots of people, lots of acquaintances, just don't have many close friendships or anything. My closest friend is very much the same with her hubby and kids.

Dp is very much the same, but did socialise more when he was younger, I've never had many friends.

also, wedding season. Also makes me realise that I don't have many friends. I don't get invited to many weddings and makes me realise I have very few friends to invite if we ever get married.

anyone else?!

My friends are exclusively the parents of my kids' friends. If I didn't home educate and go to groups I'd have none.

We're exactly the same, except no garden so no BBQ and quite landlocked so no beach either.
I don't really mind, DC have a few things lined up with their friends but we're pretty antisocial really so it's just nice to have a few extra days off work

Same here but it doesn't bother me. Being sociable is overrated imo.
