Why? 🙄

Are we not able to have discussion now?

OP posts:
PAFMO · 29/05/2022 15:07

Clue?

ATadConfused · 29/05/2022 15:07

No idea which thread you're talking about, sorry.

@MNHQ just yet another request. Can
you PLEASE leave the title if the thread when you delete it so that I/we know which one it is. I go to look for threads not knowing if I just can't find it or if you've deleted it. Please!!

vodkaredbullgirl · 29/05/2022 15:07
Confused
vodkaredbullgirl · 29/05/2022 15:08

Now they don't come up as deleted, when you have posted on them.

Is that right? I thought a thread I'd posted on had disappeared from my list, that explains it if the deleted ones no longer show up.

That's annoying

No I noticed that.

PAFMO · 29/05/2022 15:13

It is annoying that you no longer see them. You can only see them now through "notifications"
There was a thread a bit back . They were sorting it out.

vodkaredbullgirl · 29/05/2022 15:13

They disappear from your list, noticed it a few times.

WallaceinAnderland · 29/05/2022 15:13

@MNHQ another plea to leave deleted threads on theads I'm on/watching with deletion message so we know they're been deleted, not just some glitch with the new site.

Sux2buthen · 29/05/2022 15:14

Agreed

DonnaRhea · 29/05/2022 15:15

There was a notice a while ago saying they were working on it
Big fat fail so far then...

vodkaredbullgirl · 29/05/2022 15:16

Also when you have reported a post, they don't email you to say thanks.

That doesn’t bother me too much

Horsemad · 29/05/2022 15:23

It was the York hen night one. Has it been deleted, or have I inadvertently hidden it?
No sign of it on my TIO.

BridgesofMadisonfan · 29/05/2022 15:33

Another person who hates putting a thread on my watch list and then it just disappears when it's deleted.

Hobnobswantshernameback · 29/05/2022 15:43

Hen party thread is deleted
no reason given

Pathetic.

Bonjovispjs · 29/05/2022 18:38

I was really getting into the York thread too, so pathetic that they can't leave us to have an adult discussion even if it does get a bit heated sometimes!

CurlyhairedAssassin · 29/05/2022 18:57

Nearly finished me off, the bloody faux woke deletion of that York thread. When perfectly valid points are not allowed to be made as it's "not in the spirit of Mumsnet". Bloody hell, if this is the way that MN is going to go then it's no longer the place for me. I'M not in the spirit of Mumsnet, and I've been here 17 years.....Or are we not allowed to say "bloody hell" now, because it might upset some Catholics?

There was a reason given - "It's not in the spirit of Mumsnet".

Sux2buthen · 30/05/2022 07:24

Also the posts just cutting off randomly so there's no clue what has been said.
Very annoying

Happylittlethoughts · 30/05/2022 09:02

".Or are we not allowed to say "bloody hell" now, because it might upset some Catholics?"
It's not the bloody hell that's offensive here 🙄
