Childcare issues

Forgive me I’ll explain the best I can.
so I’m returning to work after 6 months due to financial issues, iv got my job and sorted the majority of the childcare , the start times on some days due to the nursery sessions literally gives me a half hour to get to work which is half an hour away on the dot ( my concern is constantly running late if I hit a snag) my other issue is pickups, my sister and daughter in law are on hand most days Barr one day I can’t get cover for her dad lives a 10 minute drive but doesn’t drive and his mom and dad have agreed to help out but they live in a world of no urgency and I’m concerned they will be late and won’t be able to cope until I’m back. I’m stressing so much and my anxiety is through the roof because I just feel I’m the only one jumping hoops all the time. Her dad is such a selfish person I’m explaining my concerns and he’s brushing them off. The job I’m going into is a new job with set hours so I feel if I try and approach them over hours the will terminate me before I get started . The nursery sessions are set in stone because of staffing ratios so they can’t bend a bit to give me a bit of extra time on drop off and pick ups, I just feel I’m hitting a brick wall and feel like giving up but I have a mortgage so iv got no choice. I feel such a failure I’m letting my daughter down by passing her from pillar to post and think she’s going to be wondering where I am 🙁 ( she literally been glued to my hip since birth iv been sole cater) I can’t sleep at night constantly worrying.
anyone relate ?

Basically what it boils down to is that the childcare you've chosen doesn't cover as much as you need it to. So, if I were you, id find another nursery or a childminder who can do longer hours.
