10 years ago I was pregnant with my second child and every night I would listen to a hypnobirthing CD which would send me to a lovely sleep, but which I think sank in subliminally because I credit it almost entirely for what was a lovely birth - far better than my first.
So now I’m keen to recommend exactly the same one to a colleague but I can’t blooming find which one it was, there are so many more options available now. All I remember is that the book was primarily white, and the cd was a lady with a nice voice, the first sentence was: “with your eyes comfortably closed”
Anyone know what I’m talking about, please?
