Why is my child benefit over £100 less than normal today? Has this happened to anyone else?

I have just read that one week of payments will go in today and the remaining three weeks on Monday.

Yes I've got a random small payment today (usually get it on a Monday) but can see the rest pending in my account for next week.

Seen a few threads like this. I think it's something to do with the Jubilee but it's odd that they'd just alter the payments schedule without telling people what they're doing.
