a family friends dog accidentally got pregnant and she was looking to get the puppy’s good homes and get her own dog sorted out at the vets.
ive always wanted a dog and she offered me a puppy for free so I took it. At the moment my house is being renovated and I’m living with my MIL who says she likes the dog but is finding a lot of problems with him.. to be fair he is a bit of a handful and is causing quite a bit of disruption in the house (I know this is to be expected). I have also just found out that this particular breed is very needy and are known as companion dogs who cannot really be left on there own.. at the moment I work from home but am due back to the office soon and my renovations will probably take another 4 months .. I feel like it’s not going to work out but I feel so guilty and stupid for not getting all the facts .. I know I should’ve never taken the puppy.. at the time that I took the puppy my friend did mention there was another family who wanted him ..
do you think I should speak to my friend and see if the other family are still interested in him ?
