Making Complan in advance

Have a ridiculously early start in the morning (4am!) and just wondering if I can make a Complan sachet up tonight, leave it in the fridge and then drink it while travelling?

Not sure if it'll go funny or separate or whatever being left to stand for 6+ hours? It's be getting made at about 8pm.

Don't know about cold Complan, but I made it hot for my husband and put it in a flask; it settled out.

Thanks! I have a feeling the cold would do the same unfortunately. I'll just make it in the morning.
