2nd interview

I've secured a 2nd interview for a job I really want (great news after thinking I'd messed the 1st up)

They had told me the 2nd would be relaxed and more about me as a person.... What does this mean, they did say the senior staff would maybe drop in to say hello. I'm so confused!!!

Surely they could tell what I was like from the 1st. I'd be gutted to get this far and not get it!

I do have another interview but not as fussed as I'm a bit sceptical of the whole thing (see previous post)

I had one of these recently - it turned out I was the only one invited back for the ‘second interview’ and it was to check that I came across how I did on zoom and for some more of the team to meet me.

I was offered the job before I left! It sounds promising for you :)

Oh now you've given me some hope maybe too much...I hope you're right!!!
