Hi there, myself and my husband are into our second week of doing keto. We have both lost 8lbs each, my husband has alot more calories per day than i do and i dont have as much freedom due to this so feel like giving up at times. I have looked up the subject but all the info is conflicting, some say calories matter others dont. I am allowed 1400 calories a day but i would like something sweet after my dinner but dont have enough calories. I am sticking to below 20g carbs a day. I am suffering with headaches and nausea and am trying to stick with it. Any help would be really appreciated.
