Feel out of control with my life

I know some people will say I am making excuses, but I work full time, have a chronic illness / disabilities, one child with diagnosed SEND and another one I am convinced is on the spectrum but school wont support as she masks there.

My house is a mess, DH & I are over weight. The kids do have some hobbies which I like to keep them in as its something that keeps them in routine and fit & healthy.

After a full day at work, both DH & I are exhausted, we often eat fast food or call for a take away. I keep trying to start exercising but I always feel like I cant manage all three, either eating well, exercising or house work has to give.

DH does do his share, he probably does more housework then me but he's also waiting for surgery so is in pain a lot of the time. He will cook if I tell him what we are having but tends to be only oven cooked / fried foods he is able to make.

It all just sounds so lazy on paper but its exhausting daily, I want to be in bed by 8pm each day. I honestly don't know how people start doing house work once the kids are in bed after a full day at work, walking the dog, cooking dinner and often taking the kids to a hobby.

I don't really know what I am asking for but just wanted to offload.

To add, we used to have a cleaner pre lock down fortnightly which helped keep up with the house but we can't really afford to go back to that with the additional cost of living now.
