We haven't done this annual holiday jaunt since pre-covid, but DH is now planning a trip this July from here to Finland by car (and ferries) going via France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Denmark, and Sweden and thus having to go through border-posts for each one.
The websites for the countries all seem to say that they are fine about car-travel from one to another so long as you have an NHS covid pass with you, but personally I would feel happier if I knew for sure that we aren't likely to be stopped from (say) going from Germany into Denmark, which would really play hob with the holiday and also mean we'd messed around some small hotels (most of which we know well from previous trips, so I would feel guilty) and a ferry by booking and then cancelling at the last minute.
Has anyone done any travelling in the EU by car like this since Brexit and covid happened, and was it really ok getting from one country into another?
