HELP prescription issue

Can anyone tell me the meaning of this prescription I’m trying to order glasses online but I don’t seem to have all the info on my prescription. This is all the optician wrote?

R eye is -1.50
L eye -1.25

what else are they asking for?

you don’t have an astigmatism and on the near vision reading chart you could read at N5 so there is no reading add.

glasses need a PD measurement though really so that your glasses fit correctly and you get the best vision.

• 1.50 R sphere

-1.25 L sphere

no cyl or axis as you don’t have an astigmatism and no near add, as that would be an add for a reading prescription, so just leave blank.

just make sure you - rather than +
you are short sighted rather than long sighted.

I just noticed the - on my pp is missing from the R sphere -1.50
