I don’t think I’m very well liked

I don’t make friends easily, but it seems when I do or I think I’ve made friends, I’m left out of plans a lot, which makes me think I like people more than they like me.

I got married not long ago, none of my new husbands friends came to the wedding and now he doesn’t get invited out with them anymore.

I have a couple of groups of friends however, if we go out what I can glean from conversations is that their entire WhatsApp groups going on that don’t include me.

maybe I’m just not a nice person or an simply unlikeable. I don’t know what to think really just tonight it seems to have hit me seeing another night out on social media where I haven’t been included.

Ahhh I could have written this OP.. I’m not a bad person, I have a sense of humour, I listen to people, I care about them, I volunteer 🤷🏻‍♀️
A good friend of mine once told me that she really disliked me when she met me.. but that I grew on her abs now she loves me.
We all laughed along but honestly I died inside as is rang true as to how most people seem to feel about me.
i guess people just have to be patient to realise that I’m an ok person…. 😬
sorry I can’t help….

What does your DH think? Seems extreme not one of his friends came to your wedding, why did he think that was?

It was a small wedding, so not huge amounts of people. He had a best msn and a couple of mates but five couples out of five that he invited were no shows. He doesn’t seem bothered but I am.
