cos you know Bats poop, so why is it crazy?

I don't know OP but I would usually say "apeshit" for somebody going crazy. I have no idea where that saying comes from either!

I use “apeshit” more for ‘angry’, “batshit” for bizarre.

Maybe it comes from “batty”, which comes from “has bats in the belfry”?

Like full on screaming and yelling like apes do in the wild. They often fling their poo too, which is probably why apeshit exists

@Soubriquet they go to a zoo, the animal handlers are animals themselves, the animals they keep...are the zoo animals prisoners, slaves? Are penguins classed as lower life forms, are they animalist? Is there an underlying theme of subcategorisation?

And yes, where do the predators get their nutrition?! Do a family of rabbits or gazelle just disappear once in a while? I mean, pigs will eat anything...Pedro and Rebecca might want to rethink any sleepovers tbh.
