Any idea how much would you expect to pay (per head) for a simple two-course cold fork buffet (along the lines of quiche / salmon, potato salad and a couple of other salads, followed by a dessert eg.pavlova or similar). Nothing grand, just want people fed.
This would need to include serving and clearing away, plus crockery and cutlery hire.
Local caterers have menus but no prices. I've left messages but am yet to hear back. I need to work out if my plan is possible! It's for 180 people so too big to consider doing myself.
