I took the dog out around ten, it was dry and calm but there was a mass exodus of snails across the pavements

Yes we have a lot of lighting right overhead and no thunder which is odd

I'm right on the coast of west sussex. Trust and belive we just got BATTERED. It was quite spectacular and dramatic. Tucked up in bed to watch it with a gin and my fiance.

We're in Beds and were entirely surrounded by flash bang wallop for about half an hour, but it seems to have moved a bit further north now. Only got about 5 minutes of rain though, but the light show was great. I love a good thunderstorm.

Ugh south London here. Just when I think has passed, it goes again!
