Yesterday I got an email confirming I'd been successful in the ballot for Party at the Palace tickets on the 4th June. Ballot was way back in February I think, and I'd forgotten about it.
However - when I click on the link to get my tickets, with the code, it says they're unable to find the tickets. This has been the same since yesterday!
Anyone else had any trouble? I've messaged TicketMaster through the website (no phone number or email anywhere.....) and tweeted - but no response!
I had been excited as I never win anything, but now am worried!
