Apologies for possibly using wrong topic area but looking for lots of opinions on the use of this space.
We've had an offer accepted on this house and wondered if anyone has a similar layout and could tell me how they use this middle 'living room' space. I'm hoping to use as a playroom and avoid it looking like another hallway/thoroughfare
