Anyone else

Single mum in my mid 30s, work part time have 3 children, I see my parents at weekends and that's it I don't have anyone to talk to in my life. How on earth do you make friends this stage of life? I've never had a big group of friends always had a 1 or 2 but drift away after a few years. I'm on day 2 of not speaking to another adult 😒 which makes it harder when I do talk to someone has I have NOTHING to talk about or start up a convo! Help!

Sounds very lonely op. I agree it is hard to make friends at this stage of life. But can you not arrange to go out with colleagues or getting chatting to school mums. You really have to make effort to build a relationship with people. Can you join any local groups, try the meet up app.
