I've got nits

Hi everyone. I never thought I'd be writing this. I'm a nurse and have been treating a family with head lice. Just combing every few days.
I have caught them myself.
What's the best treatment to use? I need them gone asap. It's driving me mad 🤮

Everyone just says conditioner and kit comb, but I find full marks brilliant.

Its like chip pan grease, but it kills the buggers and it’s the only thing that gets the nit comb (nitty. gritty are the best) through my thick, coarse hair without breaking half of it half way down.

Then I condition/comb the kids all the time, every other night wash hair and put the bit comb though.

There are a few families in dds class who openly say they won’t treat lice. So it’s an ongoing battle.

I would use a nit treatment and go through your hair with a nit comb. Tea tree oil is quite good as well.
