Amazon Live Chat

I have used this feature a million times before, usually can only find it if I google (so not via a link through the Amazon website). Today I can't find it even via Google. Can anyone help me please?

As in chat to customer service?
If so, its bottom right of the page - customer service. Then 'contact us'.

You've got to keep on clicking through the 'contact us' bits. It's like one of these choose your own adventure books where you get pushed back to the start if you answer a question wrong and you have to do it all again.

That's strange - I've just checked and for me, once I've clicked 'contact us' there's a bright yellow 'start chatting now' button which immediately opens an instant chat window with cursor to free-type.
