Sickness bug 11 month old

Hi my 11 month old has had a sickness and diarrhoea bug for 3 days now and isn’t keeping anything down, I was advised to give dyralite to keep him hydrated, can anyone else recommend anything to do? Feel so bad for him.

Have you stopped giving him solid food?

We were advised to only give DS milk when he was ill and that age

Yeah everything he’s eating he’s throwing up, he’s eating tiny bits of toast here and there but that’s it he keeping his bottles down for about 3/4 hours and then throws it up again
