Do you think a dimple on my cheek, caused by a facial injury years ago can be removed?

As above really, I have a prominent dimple on my right cheek which was caused by me falling off a swing over 30 years ago, and I think my family and I just presumed that the dimple was there to stay.
I usually love dimples on everyone else, but mine has caused my smile to be unsymmetrical, and although I’ve learned to live with it, I’m always aware of it when having photos taken for instance. I’m wondering if it’s possible to have something done to the dimple so my smile is less lopsided?

I've heard of people having filler injected into acne scars, so maybe it'd work for a dimple?

You can add a dimple with an internal stitch. You could get the other side done to match?

... but thatnis on just the surface level, it wouldn't do anything anything for the structures beneath, that control your smile iyswim.

I’d read somewhere that it’s the muscle that helps you smile is torn, but I don’t know if anything can be done to repair it. It’s as if my smile won’t stretch as much on the dimple side than on my other cheek .

I don’t really want another one to match, especially as I think it definitely reduces the ability to have a wider smile 🙂
