Ploughing through a thousand songs to find "the one" to walk down the aisle to. Nothing fits......
Both DP and myself have vastly different tastes in music, he likes Pearl Jam etc and i' more of a pop tune kind of person.

Trying to meet in the middle and it's bloody impossible . I really like Hoobanstank The Reason but the words don't really work with a wedding.
Any ideas for cool songs gratefully received 😁

If the lyrics don’t work could you do an instrumental version?

I was the same and we couldn't agree until I heard this song and by one of DH's favourite groups. It felt suited to us and I loved the music at the beginning (which is the bit people really hear)

@Treecloudtree we may go down the instrumental route, but I'm not a massive fan tbh with you. May have to be a compromise I end up making - but I don't want to lol
