Best basal ovulation thermometer vs regular?

I have a regular digital thermometer that measures to 1 decimal place. Is it worth getting a basal body thermometer that measures to 2 decimal places? Are they more accurate?

Any recommendations for thermometers £10 or less?

Yes you need the two decimal places. To be accurate. If you are using them to conceive or avoid pregnancy. Amazon has lots of options.
For regular temperature taking - fever, illness etc a BBT isn’t necessary
