Hi ladies, hoping some of you may give me a little insight, EPU won’t see me because I’m too early 🤷🏻♀️

So I got my BFP 4 days ago, period was due 3 days ago. Last night started getting pink discharge when wiping them during the night I woke to some watery blood. I put a pad in but not bleeding enough to even remotely fill it. Bleeding has turned red and mainly when I wipe. Very light bleed with very mild cramping. Our baby boy was born sleeping at 34 weeks and this (if it is) our second miscarry since. So this is my question, has anyone had anything like this and continued to have a healthy pregnancy? I'm thinking miscarry but part of me wants to cling on to any hope.
