Restaurant recommendations please

Ok so quite a specific list of requirements but any suggestions welcome.

Somewhere for a special birthday walking or short uber ride from St Pancras Station in London.
With a 1yr old or nearly 1yr old.
Preferably for lunch.
Comfortable and relaxed but also a treat. (Any price range)

Am I asking too much?

Orrery in Marylebone is lovely. Good value at lunch too. Or Mere in Fitzrovia is nice too.

Most obvious are the area behind Kings Cross which is a 5-10 min walk and has lots of choice www.kingscross.co.uk/eat-and-drink#restaurants or Lambs Conduit Street which less than 10 mins in a cab

Oo yes, Mere and Orrery both lovely, or try Portland or Clipstone in that area too.

All baby friendly?

At lunchtime a small baby should be ok in all, although less sure about Orrery and Portland. The ones around Kings Cross would all have kids at lunch and generally more relaxed. You can always ring and ask the restaurant.
