Another Vinted one

Basically 6 days ago I bought a pair of trainers on Vinted.
I've been polite about waiting time. Messaged politely twice. Neither times had a reply. When I've clicked on the seller it says she been on 1 hr ago, 5 mins ago.
I've added my please and thank yous .
Can I just go fuck it and cancel the order or do I give them longer?

Nope just says purchase successful awaiting xxxxx to send.
This was last week. Got the tracking number 🤷🏻‍♀️

I purchased 30 April and had radio silence since then. Other seller straight on it.

I get bank holiday but it's the fact I'm being ignored. Sorry multiple posts. Keep forgetting I'm on mn and not whatsapping my kids

You could still mark it to say you confirm you have sent it though even if you haven't.
I find sometimes it takes ages for the tracking to appear after I've put it in an Evri locker.

Vinted cancel the order if it’s not sent within 7 days and takes maybe another 7 days to receive the refund. I’ve just had it happen to me, twice, super annoying

I tried vinted. the first order wasn't sent, the second had a lovely seller, who sent straight away, except then Evri said they were returning to sender. Vinted couldn't say why, but said they would refund. Having gone out and bought another formal dress, the vinted one then landed on my doorstep, and now a week later, Evri are sending me daily texts about how my parcel is ready to collect.

Contacted vinted because Evri being a disaster meant I now had two second hand formal dresses, and they could t have cared less. Won't ever touch them again, which is a shame as I love second hand shopping!

It’s 7 days on mine, I’ve had a few who just didn’t post so it was cancelled, and others where they have posted but took 10 days to receive. I find postage a lot slower than eBay

I've started using it and I've had 4 people just not bother to send stuff. I did get a refund but why advertise it 🤦‍♀️

One lady messaged to say sorry her printer broke - and she's re-listed it, I still wanted it, so paid for it again and she didn't sent it for a second time 😂

I used it for the first time, got a helpful seller who helped me work out what to do, and parcel arrived quickly.

I started using Vinted recently. My first order was posted quickly but didn't arrive when it said it would, however that was Evri's fault. The next just wasn't posted and I got an automatic refund. Like others, I could see the seller was online here and there!

Everything else has been good.

I still like Vinted. I get things cheaper there than eBay, but I guess you just have to keep in mind that your item may not arrive!

Regarding why people list things if not available, I have noticed some stuff saying it was listed a year ago?! Doubt that stuff is still available

I’ve just started selling on Vinted. Have sold two items so far so still getting to grips with it. I have noticed that the button to press when you’ve posted the item doesn’t actually appear for several days. With both of my sales I’d actually posted the item several days before I was able to indicate so on the app.

I was also surprised at how long it took (via Evri) for the item to arrive- a week in both cases.

Vinted emailed said I'm getting a refund. Then the seller messaged to say sorry, if they relisted I could have the item cheaper. Polite no thank you.

I don't sell on Vinted, but I buy a lot from there! Sellers often send me a message with photo of posting receipt/tracking number... perhaps because of the lack of button to press. You could do this?
It's good, because then I know it's dealt with, regardless of what Vinted are displaying... And it means I'm not getting impatient!
