So I'm not sure how to work this out...
So we have gas central heating and my dh has been cranking the heating up in the winter and now our bills are sky high! I didn't know he was doing this when I'm not home. He gets cold very easily.
Anyway. We have mitsubishi air conditioners. One down stairs in the living room and one upstairs. They also provide heat. Would it be cheaper in the winter to have the heating off and just the conditioner unit on in the room with the door closed instead?
I don't understand how all the pricing and units work etc. Anyone know how I would work it out or if the conditioner hits are cheaper.
We rent and didn't know about the conditioners heating too. Because it doesn't get hot hear we never even bothered to look at them!
