help identifying a song

radio 4 currently has a trail/advert for a reading of Bridget Jones diary .Right at the end there is a tiny segment of music ,something about joy I think .

I'd really like to hear more of the music can anyone identify it for me ?

Its likely to be a song from the soundtrack of the film so google that and see if any of the tracks ring a bell. The one most associated with Bridget was all by myself.

If you google name this tune and play it then it should tell you what it is

My son has an app that listens to music in the background and names songs that it picks up.

At least I think it's an app, so you could maybe have a search for one as it might help.

If it's only very short, Shazam would struggle to pick it up. It takes it good few seconds to identify.
