Can I just have a vent? Ordered takeaway as DD had a friend visiting, it didn't turn up but said it had been delivered. Online chat said they'd tried to call and rung the bell. DH was practising the piano in the room next to the front door and the bell didn't ring, I had my mobile with me and the phone didn't ring. I've just spent twenty minutes arguing with them on the live chat trying to get a refund: they say they will but I'll believe it when I see it.
It's fine when it works, but it's a nightmare to sort out when it doesn't!
