Another catastrophic failure by social workers. Poor, poor little boy.

This story is so tragic. That poor little boy. The tribute written by his school was beautiful and describes the loveliest little boy, I cried when I read it

There's no way he should have been in that house.

Bless his little heart, what a tragic life and loss.
