Does anyone have any recent experience with DFS overrunning their delivery times? We ordered in January and were warned that delivery times were a bit behind but we should have taken delivery from the 21st April. I’ve spoken with customer service a few times but only given apologies and no actual delivery date.
I’m not interested in kicking up a fuss, I just want my sofa! At present it seems to be a problem with manufacture so I’m assuming we are nowhere near a delivery date.
