Noticed myself breathing oddly

I've noticed in the last month or so that I'm breathing really hard like I'm all breathless except I don't really feel that way

I was sitting scrolling on MN and wondered what's that sound? Only to hear it's me and my heavy breathing, all laboured

I don't have a cold. What's going on?

Have you had covid recently? Or any other illness?

Visit your GP, but I had something similar and it turned out to be stress. For reference I am a painter (art) and went through a turning point, not that most people will have much sympathy for that (first world problem), but it truly fucked me up.

However, any breathing related issue must be checked out. Just to be safe. There are many varied issues of no immediate concern that can cause this, but it is vital to rule stuff out. My sister had a similar issue and it was mild asthma.
