Unwell child - tummy and leg pain

Anyone had this? I have a 4 year old that is unwell and I’m confused as to what it might be

Thursday: child came out of nursery very tired. Went to sleep easily was in a terrible mood.

Friday: Woke up normal. By afternoon starts complaining of leg pain and tummy pain and crying in pain. Can’t keep still as pain so bad. Vomited once. Barely eating and drinking.

Saturday: woke up brighter. Leg pain really bad by lunch. Tummy pain. Rolling around like she has restless legs. She kept dropping off to sleep, then waking in pain. Got worried, called 111 and they sent us to hospital. Hospital say it’s constipation. it’s not Covid, uti or appendix as apparently appendix doesn’t cause leg pain. Vomited one time at 11pm.

Sunday: looks unwell. She did a slightly constipated poo. Blue tinge to lips which she often gets when under the weather. Took to town and she has zero energy. Complaining of leg pain/tired legs and demanding to be carried.can’t snap her out of it even with promise to buy toy, so I don’t think she’s making it up.

covid test negative
no fever
normal urine test

any ideas?

I also don’t believe it was constipation related. She went on wed for sure and probably Thursday. The one today caused no issue

I'd take her right back to hospital and get her checked again.

I don’t believe it to be anything broken either. She’s not limping etc. And hasn’t had any falls etc.

@Princesselsa1 sorry I know this is an old thread but I just wondered if anything came of this? We're going through similar with 5yo DD at the moment
