Kindle app not opening on ipad.

Good morning! Is anyone having trouble with the kindle app on the ipad? Mine will not open 😬 it goes to the loading screen for a brief second and then it just goes straight back to the ipad home screen. I have tried updating the app and I’ve turned the ipad off and on again but it is still not opening? Has anyone had this and/or knows how to fix it?

I really fancied reading a book last night and I couldn’t do it. Always the way!

Just had to delete and reload the app on my iPhone as hasn't been working properly for days. So glitchy.

Thank you @Hurstlandshome I have just tried doing that but it still does exactly the same thing ☹️
I might try installing it on my phone and see what happens then. I hope it’s just a blip, I’ve got so many books on there!

I’m having the same problem. Keeps going back to home screen on my ipad. I cannot find a way to report it, either on the app store, or Amazon.
