Does anyone else have a cat that comes into the bedroom and sits staring at you, making eye contact when you're having sex.

She wandered in and sat down, then just sat watching. I had to get DH to turf her out. Grin

It's very unnerving, and all cat owners know how judgemental cats can look at times when they just stare you down.

Absolute mood killer! This must happen to other people.

Totally has happened to me on multiple occasions with multiple cats.

One jumped on me and shouted in my face while DH was head down...

They seem to always know.. One just gets on the bottom of the bed and settles in for the night..

Poor girl was fuming being tossed out onto the landing.

I often wondered if they like the smell.. A different one has been known to come creeping around sniffing after its all done..

Maybe it's just attention... Or they are jealous... Haha

Who knows..

They probably just thinking... When is this shit going to end... I want feeding.. Come on hurry up.. I know... I'll go pester them they will soon stop.

Yes. Once I was erm enjoying some alone time Grin and she was staring at me.
If we kick her out she will come back right when we're in the middle of the good bit Smile

She hates loud noises and gets in your face to break up shouting...

Ah, maybe it is the smell!

It's just the eye contact I have an issue with, I wouldn't mind her being in the room if she just settled down for a kip.

When my little brother used to have his girlfriend over (now his first ex), when they were getting down to it, the cat would try and get involved. Not trying to say she wanted sex, but wanted to join in the 'play'!!!
