Wow, sorry but I don't see the attraction at all. It looks cold and soulless. Imagine the gas and electric bills you could look forward to!

DappledOliveGroves · 22/04/2022 20:21

Ceilings are too low for my liking and the cats and baby DD would likely fall into the ponds and drown, so not for me!

SolasAnla · 22/04/2022 20:23

The deer and industrial look is an odd look.

RedMake88 · 22/04/2022 20:23

I guess someone who can afford the bills would buy especially at £2mill plus not my house! Sent to me by my cousin who spotted it on rightmove, they live in Birmingham and considering a move out. But it’s not in their range!!

I am genuinely interested in why people want to live in very large houses with a lot of land?

RedMake88 · 22/04/2022 20:27

If they have horses?!

It's not to my taste. Too cold looking and empty.

giggbig · 22/04/2022 20:38

That's a lot of wood!

I adore this house. Perfect if you have horses.

NotSure1542 · 22/04/2022 20:43

I live in the village next door to this (Dorridge) so I often drive past here to visit a national trust! I’ve never liked it personally.

Girlintheframe · 22/04/2022 21:03

I love it

TargusEasting · 22/04/2022 22:22

I know of it (but do not live locally) and to be honest the developer did it very well. As an investment the price is valid. It is not the area I like as it is losing its rural feel, as has most of Warwickshire since the 1970's, and this would be perfect in somewhere near Chirk, Braunston or the Somerset Tone River. I could get some amenity land also and spare change near those places. But for the right buyer it is a good property.

Lots of land:
When your neighbours spread slurry it's better if there is a field or 10 🤢😷 between your house and the neighbours.

valerianaofficiana · 23/04/2022 09:08

I don't like barn conversions and the pond puts me off as well.
Imagining either a child or well-lubricated guest ending up in the bottom of it.

Ellmau · 23/04/2022 09:25

I don't love the inside. The outside is nice but I'd be worried about flooding.

Fidodidit · 23/04/2022 09:28

Bugger to heat

WeAreTheHeroes · 23/04/2022 09:39

There's nothing homely about it in those photos and the main kitchen is an oven and a sink as far as I can see.
