Embarrassing!

I was at a group exercise class earlier this evening. One of the exercises involved putting an elastic strap round the bottom of your feet and pulling with your arms.

I pulled my strap and the whole thing came flying off my feet and slapped me hard on the neck. It bloody hurt. I don't really know anyone there so I had to quickly check to see if anyone had seen. I can't say for sure nobody did. They were probably too polite to laugh 🤣

Ouch! I farted in a yoga class once (who hasn't ?🤣)

Did you have to pretend it didn't hurt while silently thinking 'fucking stupid thing'

I'm sure there are lots of people with embarrassing stories about exercise classes, so you won't be the only one.
When I was a teenager I went with my mum to a yoga class.
They were all women in their 30s/ 40s and I felt really out of place being the only teenager.
I had no idea what to expect and was more a spectator as I was too embarrassed to join in.
Everyone was really serious. Then they introduced the lion breath!
All these serious women were sat in a circle and suddenly roared and stuck their tongues out while pulling hideous faces.
I wasn't expecting it at all and just burst out laughing.
My mum was not impressed at all (by my reaction) which somehow made it seem even more funny to my teenage mind.
It still makes me laugh even now when I think about it.

I was doing bench presses and it was too heavy, didn't have anyone to spot me, the bar ended up across my chest pinning me to the bench, I actually burst into tears, someone rescued me and lifted the bar off 😂
