Please help - locked door

Bedroom door is locked shut. It has one of those Yale student type locks. We never close it from the outside and I don't have the key. Any ideas of how to open it or do I need to find a locksmith who'll come out to us in the middle of nowhere?

I lived in a flat with a yale lock. Locked myself out a couple times after a heavy night, door opened very easily with a swift kick.
