GP/Hospital appointment

I have a thyroid condition and recently have been feeling tired, not sure if it's because I have been over doing things or because my levels might be off. I have a hospital appointment in just over a weeks time with my endocrinologist and I don't know if its best to just wait till my appointment or make a GP appointment. I don't want to waste GP time.

Maybe try a few days of not overdoing things and see if that helps?

I would wait your gp won't do anything if your seeing a specialist in a week

I'd wait to see the specialist too.

I’d see if you can get your levels checked before you see the specialist if at all possible- you may be able to book directly with nurse / health care assistant to do this depending on your practice set up. It will be a much more useful appt with the specialist if they have up to date bloods (but would need to be done at least 24h before the appt)
