Help! I returned my sons jacket under warranty in February as the zip broke after a fortnight. I went through all the steps in their website and sent it away. They have no record of it. I am trying to work out which tracking returns receipt it is - I have a few from that time. Annoyingly when I went through the warranty steps I wasn’t given an electronic receipt so I don’t have the exact date. My mistake I admit.
Anyway, I have one that has postcode RH19 1XZ. Could this be it? I’ve googled the postcode and it doesn’t come up as anything except a few random companies. The date ties in roughly with when I returned it.
