Wide Fitting Shoes

Could anyone with very wide feet please tell me where they buy their shoes? I have always had wide feet, but I think staying at home during covid has made them spread, as the M&S range (forget the name, something like Footglove?) no longer fit, and the widest Evans shoes only fit if they are flat ballet type shoes or canvas slip ons. I need something with heels urgently! Nothing fancy, just not flat.

Next wide fit are pretty wide, they’re often the only comfortable shoes I can find.

LubaLuca · 17/04/2022 18:44

Hotter might be worth looking at.

Evans and simply b do an extra wide fitting.

Next have a really good wide and extra wide range, from a good range of manufacturers. But if you have shoes that are just a bit too tight, have you tried using stretchers? I could only just squeeze my feet in my heels post lockdown, but using shoe stretchers has sorted them all out nicely

Pavers and Shuropody. Hush Puppies do wider fits.

Thanks all. I will work my way down the list!

I thought I had found the answer with Evans, but it is unfortunately only their flat canvas shoes that will fit, so I need to find an alternative!

I've got wide feet, the last time I needed heels I found some in clarks.

Pegasussnail · 17/04/2022 20:29

I was huge fan of m&s footglove.
Pavers sell a wide fit and so do simply be.

AchillesPoirot · 17/04/2022 20:30

Hotter. Honestly dd didn’t know my Chelsea boots were from there and said they were nice

TolkiensFallow · 17/04/2022 20:34

Next and Clark’s if I’m honest 🙁

TheDoveFromAboveCooCoo · 17/04/2022 20:37

Simply B for me are by far the best for wide fitting shoes and boots.

Helenluvsrob · 17/04/2022 20:42

Fitflop

BeautifulBirds · 17/04/2022 20:43

Simply b

I’ve got fitflop but they’re flat - not sure if they do heels. My feet are off the width chart & it’s a bloody nightmare buying proper shoes

lostlanguages · 17/04/2022 20:49

Can recommend Sargasso and Grey for comfort - but sadly they are not cheap.

Have a look at jdwilliams-they go up to EEE on loads of styles-a bit more stylish than Hotter and Pavers

Bonabee · 17/04/2022 20:55

Try Yours Clothing, I have very wide feet.
Online and a great range including heels, sandals, boots and slippers.

Next for budget. Van Dal or Gabor if I'm able to be spendy.

The latter two are worth the money as they last, but are flipping expensive to start with.
