Nirvana Spa questions

Sorry to post here but cannot get an answer at all from Nirvana online. And it was such a bloody long time on the phone to book and then again to add to the booking that I really can't bring myself to phone.

Honestly at this point not feeling over the moon about the service.

Taking my mum for a spa evening tomorrow and have a few questions - hoping someone here maybe knows the answers?

We're not members. Going as day guests.

Towels and Robes - is it just one each as we enter or can we swap for dry ones at any point?

Have any of you done the flotation or Rasul? I know the flotation is 30 minutes but can't see a time length for the Rasul - wondering if either are worth trying to fit into our time at the spa or just to enjoy the included bits.

You can stop towels and robes whenever you like if you’ve already got one included in your package or treatment.

I think you get the rasul rooms for about 40 minutes which is enough time. You do it all yourself though so how long you need the room depends on how long you want to spend steaming etc.

If you can only choose either rasul or float, I’d definitely go for a float. It’s lovely, and a new experience, and very relaxing. It adds to the whole experience so if you can fit it in, I would.
