We are looking at Reading Blue coats for my oldest. He will be going into Year 8. Would appreciate any feedback on the school? Thanks

I have no feed back on the current school. I went to the abbey 35 years and we used to bus the boys in for dances.

However reading your title took me back and I’ve remembered it’s a name that I still can’t pronounce without sounding incredibly posh:

The quality of education is great but it's pretty toxic for girls. Their latest ISI report shows they basically failed safeguarding and there's a lot of sexism and misogyny there. A number of boys are currently suspended for creating a spreadsheet rating all the girls in Y13 most to least attractive with comments on how the girls can make themselves more attractive.
